A few words about the Creator of this Website…

My name is George and I am the Founder and Creator of TehachapiGarageSale.com. I’d like to share a little bit of history so that you can better understand how this website came to be.

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Some of my fondest memories were the Block Sales that we held on many occasions. We sold everything from clothing to jewelry and cups of lemonade by the dozens.

I went to Bakersfield College and graduated with an A.S. Degree in Web Development. I've been in the computer business for 25 years, of which 15 have been in the web development industry.

I wanted to build a website and I thought a Garage Sale site would be fun to make.

The goals of the site are to provide a user-friendly and enjoyable experience.
